The price of liposculpture is very dependent upon various variables (as summarized below):

1. The specific areas or regions involved.
2. The thickness or fatness of an area. This is related to you BMI (Body Mass Index).
3. The number of areas involved.
4. There is a sedation and theatre fee that varies according to the complexity of the procedure.

There is a safety limit on the number of areas that can be worked on at any one session.
Safety factors we take into consideration are:

1. A limit on the total amount of fat that can be suctioned out per session. The amount varies from 3 to 5 litres.
The same figure applies regardless of whether that aspirated fat is discarded or transferred back into other areas.
2. The maximum total amount of local anaesthetic that can safely be used for your body weight; this then limits the
number and volume of the fatty areas that can be worked on at any one session.

These two factors are used to determine the maximum limit on the number of areas that can be worked on at one session.

Fat Transfer
• Buttocks (lateral hip dips + central posterior) R14 to 19 000.00
• Calves R6 to 12 000.00
• Face (certain zones and areas) R9 to 19 000.00

Sub-umbilical excess skin excision (mini-tummy-tuck) R10 to 16 000.00

Theatre and sedation fee R12 to 14 000.00

Additional Fees to be considered:

Items 2 to 4 are usually paid by your medical aid. There is no charge for the several postop visits and dressings applied at the clinic.
